House Cadere

Description

A noble house whose seat is at Raven's Rest in the Riftlands. House Cadere suffered devastating losses thirteen years ago during the Night of the Black Fire, which killed Lady Agatha Lady Aurelia, Lord Edgar Lady Aurelia, and their daughter Lady Cordelia, the original heir. The surviving sister, Lady Aurelia, married into House Vervetson, while the young Lord Caelum Lady Aurelia — now of age — seeks to reclaim liege lordship of the Riftlands from his uncle Lord Vervetson. House Cadere maintains its own Corvine Guard and a network of ravens used for intelligence, and Alfreda serves as steward of Raven's Rest in Caelum's absence.
