City of Vilya

Description

A great walled city where the party reports to Lady Aurelia. Its western gate opens into a rougher district of riffraff and narrow streets, while the castle looms at its heart. The city wakes at dawn with markets and taverns bustling. Vilya serves as the political hub where nobles, the Inquisition, and the Lady in Shadow operate, and where Caelum Cadere's fate and report will be judged.
