Description

The Heroes are a twisted assemblage of unlikely companions thrust together by Lady Aurelia's machinations—a young lord running from his own dark power, a sea elf cleric improvising her faith, and a Kobold candle-maker comfortable with murder. They survived their first mission together, though it ended with a lord dead, wood elves attacking in the night, and the ominous attention of the Prime Inquisitor. Each carries secrets: Calum's transforming curse, Daria's explosive-hoarding family member, Vixia's comfortable relationship with making people disappear. Their dynamic is marked by Vixia's pragmatic casualness about death, Daria's anxious compassion even for enemies, and Calum's growing horror at the pit of intrigue he's been dropped into. The party is accompanied by Thalara, a wood elf guard whose rage in battle and mysterious draw to the Inquisitor's attention adds another layer of complexity to an already complicated group.
